Adjudication – Can you set off against an Adjudicator's Decision?

In the recent case of Thameside Construction Company Limited v Stevens&Anor [2013] EWHC 2071 (TCC) Mr Justice Akenhead was asked to decide on whether a party who had been directed to pay the other party, arising out of an adjudicator's decision, could set-off liquidated damages against the payment due.
