The construction industry, or certain parts of it, has been talking about changing payment practices for years!
So, is that not what statutory adjudication was supposed to do - prevent those that sit higher in the supply chain holding on to money that is due to those that are usually smaller and reside further down the supply chain pecking order? What's been your experience? What do you think?
