Morecraft Drury(Estia Limited) were employed as trouble shooting client project managers and claims team managers in the intervention and completion of this distressed project.
The project was high profile and unique as the only natural spa in the country with many technical, logistical, commercial and legal difficulties to overcome. These included managing out the project after the main contractor's employment had been terminated. After successfully completing and opening the facility, in the subsequent litigation that followed, Morecraft Drury were employed as claims team leader. Again we were part of a successful team that secured a multi-million pound financial settlement for our client.
